Monika is a dedicated HR Specialist at ATMOS Financial Services with over 12 years of experience as an HR Business Partner and Functional Specialist. She has collaborated with senior leadership teams across various industries, including Finance, IT, Retail, Legal, and Publishing, managing key HR functions such as Employee Relations, Performance Management, Policy Development, Recruitment, Retention, Talent Management, CSR, Training & Development, HRIS, and Manpower Planning and Budgeting.

Monika holds a Master of Business Administration specialized in Human Resources and is certified in Essentials of Recruiting by the American Staffing Association, as well as in Management Consulting from Emory University. Her extensive expertise enables her to effectively create onboarding programs, rewrite employee handbooks, and implement new recruiting software, ensuring that both people and organizations thrive.

At ATMOS, Monika manages all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee benefits plans, and performance reviews. She is instrumental in building and maintaining a happy and productive team, allowing our staff to provide exceptional service to our clients. Additionally, Monika offers her expertise on a contract basis to assist our clients with their HR needs, delivering tailored solutions that drive organizational success.

Outside of work, Monika stays physically active through the gym, running, and practicing yoga. She enjoys creative pursuits like painting and writing, and finds inspiration in listening to music. Passionate about volunteering, Monika dedicates her time to causes she believes in, and she loves exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
