Joel Morales

Joel Morales has spent more than a decade working in bookkeeping and financial management, but his journey started humbly in 2006 when he started his own small resale business. By 2010, he was leading the accounting department of a manufacturing company, and in 2016, a friend trusted him to take over the bookkeeping for his construction business. That’s when Joel and his wife Stefanie decided to start a business offering bookkeeping services to the public.

In 2018, the Morales family moved to Ontario, where Joel took charge of the accounting department for a rental business near Stratford. His dedication to providing excellent customer service quickly grew the business. By January 2021, his company, Morales & Company, merged with Froese & Company, and Joel became a partner at ATMOS Financial Services Inc.

Joel is passionate about helping clients take control of their finances and guiding startups in setting up their financial systems with the right tools and advice. He works hard to stay current with the latest accounting technology and loves finding ways to make it work better for his clients.

With experience in project management, CFO, and COO roles, Joel is eager to learn more. He earned his DFA-Bookkeeping Services Specialist in 2019 and is working toward his CPB designation.

Outside of work, Joel enjoys travelling with Stefanie and their three kids. While he’s still searching for a lasting hobby, he’s happy exploring new places and having adventures with his family.
