Heidi Toews

Heidi grew up on a dairy and broiler chicken farm near Linden, Alberta. Her interest in bookkeeping ignited during grade school, laying the foundation for a fulfilling career. After working various jobs, Heidi secured her first bookkeeping position in 2004. Through diverse roles, she gained valuable insights into different kinds of businesses. In 2018, she became a Certified Professional Bookkeeper, marking a significant milestone in her professional journey.

In 1990, Heidi moved with her parents to Rimbey, Alberta, where they raised beef cattle and pigs. She later ventured into teaching, working at various locations across the United States and Canada before returning to her passion for bookkeeping. Today, Heidi continues to work for ATMOS from her home office located on the family farm in central Alberta.

At ATMOS Financial Services, Heidi specializes as a bookkeeper for farmers, combining her agricultural background with her professional expertise. Her deep understanding of farming operations allows her to provide tailored bookkeeping services that meet the unique needs of agricultural clients.

Outside of work, Heidi loves to sew—crafting dresses, quilts, and hoodies. She’s also an avid woodworker, having built various furniture items. Traveling, spending time with family, and the joy of seeing a job well done are what motivate her both personally and professionally.
