Annette Sinclair

Annette is a dedicated Bookkeeper at ATMOS Financial Services.  Deeply rooted in the community of Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia, Annette brings over 13 years of banking experience to her role, having transitioned from banking to Priority Taxation, which later merged into ATMOS. Her extensive background in financial services has equipped her with the skills necessary to manage complex bookkeeping tasks with precision and reliability.

At ATMOS, Annette specializes in managing harbour accounts, which includes billing fishermen for fuel, tracking their payments, handling bookkeeping, paying the harbour’s bills, and reconciling accounts. From January to June, during the busy tax season, her focus shifts to tax preparation, ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely tax services. In the off-season, Annette provides quarterly bookkeeping services for several other clients, maintaining their financial records and ensuring their ongoing financial health.

Annette holds certificates in personal and small business tax preparation, demonstrating her expertise and commitment to providing top-notch tax services. Her attention to detail and dedication to her clients make her an invaluable member of the ATMOS team.

Outside of her professional life, Annette treasures time with her son and her dog, Ruby. She also enjoys engaging in various forms of art, which provide her with a creative outlet and complement her systematic approach to bookkeeping. Annette’s strong ties to the community, combined with her professional expertise and personal interests, make her a trusted and valuable member of the ATMOS team.
